Payment, Shipping, and Return Information


All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after a product has been ordered. Shipping will take place immediately after payment has been received. Some special orders may take up to an additional week for shipping. All orders will be mailed via USPS Priority or USPS First Class mail, unless otherwise specified or requested. FedEx Ground is also available for large packages.

International Orders are subject to USPS rules, regulations, and fees. All orders are mailed as USPS Global Priority mail unless otherwise specified. International Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. There is no cash or credit refund on any order. If a customer has a problem with any order, they may return it for store credit within 14 days from the original shipping date. If there was an error on our part in the shipping we will return shipping costs, otherwise the customer pays for return shipping. Returned merchandise will be refunded with a store credit in the amount of the merchandise which must be received in original packaging.

Exchanges
Customers can return merchandise for an exchange within 30 days from original ship date. Merchandise must be in new condition. Customer agrees to pay any costs exceeding the amount of original purchase total. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
